1. Use of Website
1.1 Users must be aged 18 years or over to make a purchase.
1.2 Any misuse of the website, including fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity, is strictly prohibited.
1.3 RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or withdraw website services at any time without notice.
1.4 All text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and other content displayed on www.redtopvending.co.uk are the exclusive intellectual property of RedTop Vending Ltd.
1.5 Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of website content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
1.6 RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action for any misuse or infringement of its intellectual property rights.
2. Orders & Payments
2.1 Payment for goods is required in full prior to delivery unless credit terms have been expressly agreed in writing.
2.2 Overdue invoices will incur interest at a rate of 2.5% per month or part thereof.
2.3 Returned or re-presented cheques will incur an administration charge of £25 per occurrence.
2.4 Failure to make payment when due may result in suspended orders, suspended services, or legal action.
2.5 Where payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days, RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to repossess goods or suspend services without further notice.
2.6 Any costs incurred in connection with debt recovery, repossession, enforcement, or legal proceedings shall be payable by the buyer.
3. Ownership of Goods
3.1 Ownership of all goods supplied, including vending machines and parts, remains with RedTop Vending Ltd until full payment has been received.
3.2 The buyer is responsible for ensuring goods are kept in their original condition prior to full payment. Any loss, damage, or deterioration may result in additional charges.
3.3 In the event of non-payment, RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to retrieve goods from any location or venue where they are installed or stored.
3.4 The buyer shall be responsible for all retrieval, transport, and associated legal costs incurred as a result of non-payment.
4. Liability
4.1 RedTop Vending Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, downtime, or reputational damage.
4.2 RedTop Vending Ltd shall not be responsible for damage or loss arising from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or third-party modifications.
4.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the buyer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
5. Returns & Refunds Policy
5.1 Refund Processing
5.1.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods or satisfactory proof of return.
5.1.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
5.1.3 Refunds for cashless or electronic payment methods may take between 3 and 5 working days to process, depending on the payment provider.
5.2 Refund Eligibility
5.2.1 Parts may be returned if supplied incorrectly, at the buyer’s expense.
5.2.2 Returned items must be unused and in their original, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
5.2.3 Used and refurbished machines are sold as-is and may display cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality. No warranty applies unless expressly stated on the invoice.
5.3 Machine Returns
5.3.1 Returns of vending machines are accepted strictly at the discretion of RedTop Vending Ltd and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
5.3.2 Machines must be returned complete, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging.
5.3.3 A handling fee of 15% of the original invoice value will be deducted from any approved refund to cover inspection, restoration, and removal of additional accessories.
6. Warranty
6.1 General Warranty Terms
6.1.1 Warranty coverage applies to working mechanical and electrical components only and is subject to the terms set out in this section.
6.1.2 Warranty duration, where applicable, will be clearly stated on the sales invoice. Where no warranty is stated, no warranty is implied beyond statutory rights.
6.1.3 Any verified warranty issue reported within 30 days of delivery will be repaired without callout charge, provided the machine is located within RedTop Vending Ltd’s local operating area.
6.1.4 Warranty repairs will be carried out within 7 days of fault notification, subject to parts availability.
6.2 Parts & Component Coverage
6.2.1 Warranty covers internal working parts only.
6.2.2 Items subject to wear and tear are excluded, including but not limited to bushings, belts, bulbs, fuses, seals, springs, and cosmetic components.
6.2.3 Coin mechanisms and cashless payment devices supplied by RedTop Vending Ltd are covered under the warranty of the third-party provider specified on the invoice.
6.3 Warranty Exclusions
6.3.1 Warranty does not cover accidental damage, vandalism, misuse, neglect, power surges, water ingress, pest damage, or failure to follow operating instructions.
6.3.2 Warranty is void if repairs or modifications are carried out by any engineer or operator not authorised by RedTop Vending Ltd.
6.3.3 Warranty is non-transferable and will be void if the goods are resold or transferred during the warranty period.
6.3.4 All machines are intended for indoor use only unless expressly stated otherwise by the manufacturer. Outdoor placement, including within weatherproof shelters, voids warranty.
6.3.5 Warranty is void where damage results from improper handling, relocation, movement, or operation after delivery.
6.4 Cosmetic Condition & Secondhand Machines
6.4.1 Secondhand machines may display cosmetic wear including light scratches, scuffs, micro-scratches, paint marks, or minor dents.
6.4.2 Cosmetic wear does not affect machine functionality and is not covered under warranty.
6.4.3 Cosmetic condition is declared prior to sale and does not constitute a fault.
7. Fully Managed Service Terms
7.1 General Managed Service Terms
7.1.1 All vending machines and stock remain the property of RedTop Vending Ltd.
7.1.2 Machines will only be installed with the permission of venue management.
7.1.3 Placement and operation will comply with all health, safety, accessibility, and fire regulations.
7.1.4 Machine locations will be agreed jointly to ensure compliance with safety and access requirements.
7.1.5 Machines are monitored daily via telematics to maintain appropriate stock levels.
7.1.6 Venues must provide a secure, accessible, and suitable location.
7.1.7 Routine servicing will be carried out at agreed intervals.
7.1.8 Damage or theft occurring on-site remains the responsibility of the venue unless covered by warranty.
7.2 Machine Relocation & Security
7.2.1 Machines must not be moved without written permission.
7.2.2 Unauthorised relocation may cause injury, fire risk, or machine damage.
7.2.3 Unauthorised movement voids warranties and service agreements and may incur charges.
7.2.4 Venues must maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
7.3 Food Allergy & Ingredient Responsibility
7.3.1 RedTop Vending Ltd does not manufacture stocked products.
7.3.2 Customers are responsible for checking allergen and ingredient information before consumption.
7.3.3 RedTop Vending Ltd accepts no liability for allergic reactions or dietary issues.
7.3.4 Products comply with the Food Safety Act 1990 and Food Information Regulations 2014.
7.3.5 Special dietary requests may be assessed but are not guaranteed.
7.4 Hygiene & Safety Compliance
7.4.1 Venues must maintain hygienic conditions.
7.4.2 Rodent control measures must be in place where required.
7.4.3 Services may be suspended for non-compliance.
7.4.4 Failure to remedy issues within 30 days may result in termination.
7.5 Termination & Non-Compete
7.5.1 Either party may terminate with 90 days’ written notice.
7.5.2 Immediate termination may occur for breaches or unsafe conditions.
7.5.3 Venues agree not to install competing machines during the agreement without consent.
8. Delivery Terms
8.1 General Delivery Policy
8.1.1 Delivery times are estimates only.
8.1.2 Delays caused by external factors are outside RedTop Vending Ltd’s control.
8.2 Parts Delivery
8.2.1 Parts are dispatched within 5 working days of payment, subject to availability.
8.3 Machine Delivery
8.3.1 Machine deliveries typically take 3 to 4 weeks from full payment.
8.3.2 Delivery method and timing are determined by RedTop Vending Ltd.
8.3.3 Missed or postponed deliveries may incur additional charges.
8.4 Failed Deliveries
8.4.1 Failed delivery due to customer error is non-refundable and subject to redelivery charges.
8.5 Risk on Delivery
8.5.1 Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
8.5.2 Goods must be inspected within 24 hours.
9. Policy Updates & Amendments
9.1 RedTop Vending Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
9.2 Significant changes will be communicated via the website or email.
