Can I buy a machine from you?Yes, we do outright sales of new and used machines to suit your budget.

Whats the Waranty Period?All refurbished machines have 6-12 months warranty, usually specified upon sale on the invoice. This does not include wear and tear items, like lightbulb, bucket spring etc.

What is the Refurbishment process?Most machines are refurbished upon sale. Refurbishment process can take 2-4 weeks, depending how busy we are with refurbishments. This involves: - Full gut out clean and check. - Compressor checked over, serviced and cleaned. - All electronics checked. - Full functionality Check. - Delivery bucket checked over and repaired. (Springs, arms, bushings etc) - LED Light kit fitted with new light bulb visor. - All shelves checked and thoroughly cleaned. - All shelf motors tested. (With video supplied)

Can I add a card reader?Yes. We can put you in direct contact with an official Nayax distributor for a card reader to be sent to us for fitment for a small fee. OR You can send us a working card reader to fit for you for a small fee (£50). We are not responsible if doesnt work once installed, you must ensure the reader is fully working. (if Secondhand)

Can I configure the shelves?We do that for you included in the price. The most popular options are 2 shelves for crisps, snacks and drinks. (6 shelves total) For gym setups, most popular is 2 shelves for protein bars/pre-workout shots/protein cookes and 3 shelves for bottled drinks (5 Shelves)

Are the machines new?No, most of our machines are second refurbished. So the machines will commonly have signs of wear and tear like: -Scratches. -Microscratches. -Odd dent or bump. -Slight Plastic Panel Discoloration. All of which will be shown before sale, if its too severe you will be made aware.

Delivery (Both third party and Professional)Our delivery options include either third party pallet delivery or professional through us. Third party pallet delivery: - Delivered on a pallet kerbside only. - Third Party Courier. - You have to get it off the pallet yourself. - You have to get it inside the venue yourself. - Can take 3-5 working days. - Quote based on postcode. Professional Delivery: - Delivered from Point A - Point B through us. - Stairclimber equipment to get it inside your venue, including stairs. (limited to dimensions) - White glove delivery service. - Installation onsite with guidance on setting prices etc. - Quote based on Distance and job type. (e.g stairs or no stairs)

Can I arrange my own Courier?Yes but highly against it, if you arrange your own courier, you are responsible for any damage in transit, not us. Plus, you can only arrange courier when the machine is ready for delivery, we have a busy schedule and do not want to rush a refurbishment process as delays can happen even on the day before courier collection!

Can I come and view the machine?Yes strictly via appointment only. Machine stock changes weekly, we are not like Argos that have things on the shelf for weeks at a time. Therefore, we might have it in the workshop, or we might have it on route to us a week later. When we have a machine in stock, its within days before its sold and refurbished. We are happy to provide videos/images of the machine (Pre-refurb) for you.

Why does it take 2-4 weeks for Refurbishment?We configure the machines to the buyers specification, this is a large amount of the refurbishment process. Therefore, we do not refurbish the machine until the client has fully paid for the machine and has confirmed their configuration specification.

Are you insured?Yes. We have Public Liability Insurance.

I want a free fully managed machine, what do I do?Simply contact us to discuss what you need, once discussed we will arrange a delivery date at a time that suits you best.

How does it work? (Free Fully Managed)We provide machine services free, you will not own the machine. We will deliver, maintain and manage the upkeep of the machine within your premises. You do not need to do anything. There is no catch and no hidden fees.

What products can you supply?We are able to provide any products you need! Crisps, sweets, breakfast bars and mini cereals! We also do gym products with protein and energy drinks.

Can I request my own products in the machine?Yes! If you or someone within your premises wishes to have a specific product in the machine, we can do that no problem.

There's a problem with the machine, will you fix it?Yes. Once we are notified of an issue with the machine, we come and resolve the issue as soon as possible. This does not cost you anything, we maintain and service the machines. Customers can submit faults on our QR code system, attached to every machine.

Can you get a machine up stairs?Yes. We use professional equipment movers using stair climbing technology. Ensuring our machines get anywhere they need in your business without causing disruption whilst getting it done efficiently, and safely.

Where are you based?Primarily based in the North West, Lancashire, and Derry in Northern Ireland. However, reach out to us and see if we can squeeze you in! We do sales nationwide!
